RETURN & EXCHANGE
Domestic (Within India) Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: Orders are delivered in 7-14 working days within India.
- Express Shipping (Coming Soon): Express orders are delivered in 2-5 working days and cost ₹600 (subject to availability). To select express shipping, please email us at baroodi.official@gmail.com.
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: Most orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days within India.
- Express Shipping: If you opt for our express shipping option (coming soon), you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days.
Tracking Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Service Delays
Baroodi is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters, or clearance delays. For updates, please contact the courier company directly with the provided tracking number.
Custom Fees
Custom duties, taxes, or charges may be applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Baroodi is not responsible for these charges and may not be aware of the rates in each destination country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on fees for parcels being shipped from India to your country of residence.
Failed Delivery
For failed delivery attempts due to incorrect addresses, multiple failed attempts to reach you, or refusal to pay custom fees, Baroodi does not take responsibility for shipping fees for the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and needs to be sent to you again, you will need to pay the shipping fees once again.
Return and Exchange Policy
- The return or exchange process must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date for domestic orders. Contact us via email or WhatsApp for assistance.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect.
- If the package arrives damaged.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please send us pictures of the defect within 1 day of receiving the item.
- For returns or exchanges for any other reason, the shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility. The standard fee for returns and exchanges is INR 500.
- In either case, please inform us promptly, and we will arrange for a pickup of the item. Ensure that the tags are intact; items returned without tags will not be accepted.
